This oversized abstract landscape painting was done in acrylics on a gallery wrapped canvas. Wish on the Sky is a semi-abstract landscape painting measuring 36”x36”x2”.

The use of cool colors gives this work an overall cool feel. The white and cool blues off the leaves suggest a winter scene and a fresh coat of snow. The specks of white float around the canvas as if someone has just blew on the tree to make a wish. The sky moves from a light, daytime to a darker nightscape - almost as if a storm is coming in - or blowing away.
